The Mark V Series DPH are the culmination of years of improvements to the basic diesel pile hammer. They start easily, run cleanly and drive piles consistently from the start of a cold morning to the end of a hot afternoon. Most importantly, they hit harder than any other comparable model--delivering a full 95% of their kinetic energy to the head of the pile without damaging rebound energy that is typical of a conventional diesel pile hammer. The secret behind the Mark V Series is the Direct Drive System, Pressure Fuel Injection, and Chromed Cylinder Bores. To the piling contractors, the payoff is greater productivity from a lighter hammer. Downtime for maintenance is lessened by the virtual elimination of rebound energy and a precise air-actuated fuel delivery system eliminates precombustion and overheating. 

Also available to assist piling contractors, are the development of Vertical Travel Leads--the only ones available that can move in three dimensions for drilling and pile driving at various angles. The advanced design of these leads allows superior range of elevation adjustment and reach in forward, aft, side and skew battering positions.
